How do I get started with MedBFit?

Getting started is easy! Download the MedBFit app, create your account, complete your fitness profile, and you'll be matched with suitable trainers. Choose your trainer, select a plan, and book your first session.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with PCI DSS compliance.

Can I change my trainer?

Yes! You can change your trainer at any time. Simply go to Settings > My Trainer and select "Change Trainer". You'll keep your workout history and can transfer your remaining sessions to the new trainer.

What's your cancellation policy?

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit. Cancellations between 12-24 hours receive 50% credit. Less than 12 hours notice or no-shows are charged in full.

Is my data safe with MedBFit?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and follow GDPR compliance. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. You can request data deletion at any time.
